Sensor Tower's data showcases the trends in downloads and user engagement for the top five fitness and weight loss applications on the Android platform during the fourth quarter.
Lose Weight App for Women by Leap Fitness Group experienced a downward trend in downloads from 105K in the last week of September to 60K by the end of December. Weekly active users also decreased from approximately 494K to 386K during the same period. Revenue in the fourth quarter showed fluctuations with a peak of 95K USD in the third week of December before dropping to 59K USD at the year's end.
Another popular app by Leap Fitness Group, Workout for Women: Fit at Home, saw a similar decline in downloads, starting at 88K in late September and sliding down to 46K by late December. Weekly active users mirrored this trend, dropping from 640K to 439K. Revenue figures, while smaller, followed a somewhat steady pattern with a slight increase from 46K USD to 58K USD in the final week of 2020.
Zepp Life, developed by Anhui Huami Information Technology Co.,Ltd., maintained a steady download rate early in the quarter, with a notable spike to 97K in the third week of December, before settling at 56K.
